Specialist In Tax Law and related areas of law including Estate Planning, Trusts, Wills & Probate, Business Planning (and litigation).  Expertise in Divorce Law.
Ira Harris-Zelnigher:  Has over 28 years of experience; holds the J.D. degree, which is the standard law degree that every California attorney holds (it stands for "Juris Doctor" and/or "Doctor of Jurisprudence"); in addition also holds the LL.M. degree in tax law (this is an advanced law degree in a specialized area of the law as compared to the general J.D. degree, and relatively few attorneys have earned the LL.M. degree).  Admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 1982 after graduating from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1982.  Admitted to the United States Tax Court.  Tax law is arguably the most complicated area of law as compared to all other areas of law, and although the practice is not limited to tax law per se, tax law issues are pervasive in estate planning and arise in almost every other area of law.

Are Larger Law Firms Better
?
The only thing that has ever mattered is the quality of the particular attorney handling your case.  Even in a large firm only one attorney will be assigned to your case unless it involves major litigation (remember the O.J. Simpson "dream team"?).  The purpose of a large firm having several attorneys (especially salaried employee attorneys typically referred to as "associates") is to increase the firm's capacity for taking on more clients in order to pool and maximize the profits for the owners of the firm (typically referred to as the "partners").  There isn't anything wrong with making profits that way, but in and of itself the size of the firm has nothing to do with the quality of services you are going to receive.
